- Auditing and controlling system administration compliance and database validity on the internal PARIS HRIS system.

HC Supervisor / Team Leader – HRIS Development
Leading the design, development of new modules, refinement, and daily operational oversight of the national PARIS HRIS system.
- Conducting requirement gathering, business process analysis, and creating functional flowcharts for the PARIS HRIS system (Database, PKWT, Attendance, Evaluation) from scratch to UAT.
- Designing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Human Capital aligned with PARIS system automation.
- Managing system bug fixes (such as duplicate letter numbers), data audits, and synchronizing application databases with physical PKWT documents.
- Developing new administrative workflows including HC receipt creation, In/Out document archiving, New Hire HO processes, and digital reference letter generation.
- Formulating mass data update processes (data cleansing) to filter 4,500+ employee mutation database records.
